Intake

The first check will take place around 8 weeks of pregnancy. This appointment lasts 1 hour. What do you discuss with the midwife? You will be examined briefly. You also discuss various topics. 
  • Calculated the due date
  • Previous pregnancies 
  • Your health and the health of your partner
  • The health of your family members 
  • Your living conditions
  • Your working conditions
  • Check your vitals

You will receive an explanation about the blood test. And you discuss the possibility of screening for Down, Edwards and Patau syndrome (NIPT) and the 20-week ultrasound scan.
